Iwate vs. Iwate Prefecture[edit]

Shouldn't this article be titled "Flag of Iwate Prefecture", as in "岩手県旗"? "Iwate" is a prefecture, but also a former town, former district, etc. Prburley (talk) 21:09, 24 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Self-standing article[edit]

Is it really necessary to have a self-standing article just to describe a prefectural flag? Couldn't the small amount of information available easily be merged into the Iwate Prefecture article? --DAJF (talk) 13:14, 25 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
