This article has the events backwards.[edit]

The article states that "As the air surrounding the volleyball transitions from laminar to turbulent flow" which is incorrect. A served volleyball starts out fast (turbulent, low drag) and as it slows down due to air resistence, it enters the drag crisis where the airflow becomes laminar. At that point, the drag increases rapidly causing it to move in random directions and to change speeds. 192.24.34.106 (talk) 05:36, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
