George Girard died in January 1957. WWL-TV first signed on in September 1957, therefore he did not perform on WWL-TV. However, the article's reference to performances on televison very likely was on WDSU-TV, Channel Six in New Orleans, LA —Preceding unsigned comment added by RCDSSITuba (talk • contribs) 23:33, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
