Maggini violins have a much higher value than listed. The violins have sold at auction for upwards of $500,000 to $800,000.

Clarity of writing[edit]

Use of "storigraphy" in second para is confusing - is this really a word ? Possible intended words are "storiology" - the study of the development of tales or legends, "historiography" the study of the development of historical writing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 156.149.249.10 (talk) 13:53, 5 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
