Underground Railroad and Planned Community[edit]

I just learned that Glendale played a critical role in the Underground Railroad. The Eckstein School should be included, and deserves its own article. And it sounds like the village was a Planned Community, which isn't mentioned. There's definitely room for improvement! EMI Loves Art (talk) 16:13, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This article, while valuable neglects the fact that Glendale was the first planned cerculiniar suberb in North America. Certainly this fact should be added.
