He speaks with a British accent in his DVD commentary for The Final Conflict, and according to his brief bio at IMDb.com he was educated at Leicester College in England. I can't find any definitive reference online regarding his nationality but I doubt he's "American".

OK, we now have firm references to him being an Englishman. Is he the same Graham Philip Baker (born 1938) mentioned on the following pages?
