Fund of Caucasus[edit]

Is this conference somehow related to the Fund of Caucasus (Caucasus Fund) now in the news in relation to the Boston Marathon bombing?

I don't think material from Infowars (which, by the way, Tamerlan seemed to be a fan of himself) is suitable for wikipedia. I'm sorry this may have came off as a personal attack the first time I posted it, I was just quite surprised that anyone would use information from that site here. --Yalens (talk) 16:08, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
