Duplication

This article seems to be a duplicate of Public transport in Istanbul. Either the two articles should be merged, or this article needs to be rewritten to be about the company. --Mhockey (talk) 22:26, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

This page was a redirect to "Public transport..." until Sept 2009, when someone moved the content there to here, without any discussion or agreement that I can see. It was reverted there, without being deleted here, and the duplication was un-noticed 'til you picked it up. So, good catch!.

I would agree, this page is redundant as it is. It should be about the company, or it should redirect there; but if the latter I suggest that any changes to the text here since Sept 2009 should be carried over to "Public transport...", rather than simply deleting the content here and putting in a redirect. Otherwise a lot of peoples work will have been wasted.Moonraker12 (talk) 18:01, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

OK, done. I've transferred any changes here over to "Public transport in Istanbul" where necessary, and I've reverted this to a re-direct. But if anyone can write an article on the IETT itself, that would be good...Moonraker12 (talk) 15:42, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
