Notability[edit]
Regarding notability: I came to this article after reading a two-page article in Forbes Russia, covering the business story of Anatoly Leirich, including the origination and history of Intrall company, ending by the assumed corporate raid which lead to the decline of the Intrall. The issue of Forbes Russia is July 2010. I expect, in some time it will be available (confirming my comment) at http://www.forbesrussia.ru/forbes/issue/2010-07.
