Factual Error[edit]

The article says the State of California has banned travel to Arkansas, but the source attached does not name Arkansas but rather, Tennessee, as the state to which travel was banned. It is my understanding state funded travel to Arkansas has not been banned by California. If so, this is ought to be corrected.
