"President of the Free State"[edit]

The section on the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust says that "the trust will have five members, of whom three will be appointed by a Secretary of State, one by the President of the Free State..." But there was no such person with the title "President of the Free State." Is this a reference to the President of the Executive Council of the Irish Free State? --Jfruh (talk) 16:32, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
