Language[edit]

I don't think I ever have edited a page at English Wikipedia before, since I don't really speak English. However, the wrong birth year in this article made me angry enough to make a try. By the way, we were many who was very fond of this horse. He fought with top horses among coldblood trotters in almost every race. He was injured, had deceaces, but came back. His speed record race can still be seen on a site called YouTube. There are also some trivial stuff that may or may not be mentioned in the article:

In 2010 the retired horse beated Charlotte Kalla (on skis) in an 100 meter race. Kalla was in the lead in 99 meters.
He has a road ('Järvsöfaks väg') close to the trotting raceway in Hudiksvall named after him.
Steggbest (born 1947) is a great grandfather to both his sire and his dam, and also great great grandfather to his dam (Bestmins sire).
In mars 2014 have 382 of his offspring won prize money, they sum up to 138,999,806 swedish kronors in total.
His odds was 1,00 in 108 of his starts.
J-O Persson was given a mating (not him, his mare) with Trollfaks for free, since he had succeeded with that horse, resulting in Järvsöfaks.

In the autumn 2013 Järvsöfaks got sick and could not breed any more. I don't know his status after this.
