Notability[edit]

I have concerns over notability here. Not every Holocaust survivor is notable, not unless they are subject to the usual WP:BIO coverage. The subject of this article did write a book about her experiences, but not all authors are notable; this directs us to WP:AUTHOR. And I am not seeing much coverage of her or her book. There are the usual author burbs, primarily on publisher pages (ex. [1]), and that's about it; I looked for reviews in Polish and English using Google and Google Scholar and found nothing else except one book review in Polish on a minor online portal ([2]). Her book does have some Google Book hits, but there are primarily references in historical works which use her account. In English, I found [3] from an event page of a local cultural organization. She is briefly mentioned in Emil Kerenji (10 October 2014). Jewish Responses to Persecution: 1942–1943. Rowman & Littlefield Publishers. pp. 70–. ISBN 978-1-4422-3627-1. (3-4 sentences, really). It seems that other works also mention her in such a passing manner; I cannot even find one which would have a paragraph devoted to discussing her biography. I am really not seeing how this can pass WP:AUTHOR (and unfortunately, I cannot suggest rewriting it as a book article, because I don't see how it would pass WP:NBOOK), but I'll ping User:Poeticbent for a 2nd opinion. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:20, 16 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
