cleanup[edit]

Hi SounderBruce, I noticed that you put a cleanup template on this page for using too many sources that are closely associated with the subject. Could you tell me more about that? Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 19:56, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

At the time, only three sources were independent from BYU (and several were overlapping). SounderBruce 21:33, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Bagley did not attend BYU, so there is no COI there. "In November 1974, the collection [of Huntington-Bagley photographs] came to Special Collections, Harold B. Lee Library, Brigham Young University as a gift from Lynn Wakefield, an employee of Brigham Young University" [1], so there is no COI there either. BYU merely digitized all the photographs and placed them online for the free viewing of the general public, so there is no COI there either. Of the 11 citations currently used in the article, 4 are from the publicly viewable BYU digital online collections, and one is from BYU fully viewable on JSTOR. I don't see any problem here at all, so I am going to remove the tag. Softlavender (talk) 21:52, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
