Judge Kolar is Notable and the Draft Should be Published Soon[edit]
In my opinion the draft, after being edited with enough information to not be a stub and with enough citations (i.e. that Kolar is an incumbent magistrate judge) should be published. Kolar is notable as an incumbent magistrate judge, has been nominated to the more selective courts of appeals (not the more numerous district courts), and has military service including as a lieutenant commander in the United States Navy Reserve.
