Good question. Both statements are valid from a language point of view, but mean different things. Windy would mean it was susceptible to high winds. Winding would mean it suffered from excessive curvature. If I had to, I'd guess that the original editor meant 'winding' rather than 'windy', but it is just a guess. It's certainly rather "winding", I live near this line and know it. That's just my personal experience however, don't have a source right now. Gestumblindi (talk) 22:06, 17 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
