Untitled[edit]

Most of this article is a ginormous block quote that seems to reproduce the judgment verbatim. It doesn't seem to add anything beyond what's already described in plain English in the article. I therefore propose to remove it. Reyk _YO! 16:51, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
