He was born and educated in Heerlen so I think he belongs to the category People connected to Heerlen.
Actually he was born in Hoensbroek, which at the time was not part of the Heerlen municipality. He has played no special role in Heerlen other than being born in it. Besides being born there he spend 18 years (28 %) of his life in the Heerlen/Hoensbroek region, altough he did not play a special role in Heerlen, Heerlen must have played a big role in his life Mach10 18:56, 28 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
