Revised intro & presentation of info[edit]

The original opening - The official language of Benin is French. However, fifty-one African languages are spoken. - could just as easily be phrased in reverse - Fifty-one African languages are spoken in Benin. However, French is the official language. More useful to begin with the salient point of the overall number of languages. In this article I tried a different approach than to say Benin is a multilingual country because that is a bit hard to define. So there is a tentative paragraph at the end to describe how Beninese society is multilingual (in a way similar to many other African countries, but arguably different than the multilingualism in other regions).--A12n (talk) 18:34, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
