This is purportedly an article about a town, but there's no information about its current size and population (the figures are from more than two decades ago), founding date, early history, economy, transportation, or other factors. Indeed, this article seems to be much more about the Sahel drought and the refugee camp, with an "oh, by the way, here's the town it was in."
