Improved lead[edit]

Could someone who knows about this subject write a clear description at the beginning of the article of what a learning circle is? The article needs to be corrected to reflect the contents[edit]

The four (4) Learning Circle steps were adequately articulated but the "Four Capacities " were not. The "Four Capacities" are actually five (5) bullet points, not four.
