Derivation of the name[edit]

In "light segregation", does "light" mean "not heavy/not overbearing", or is it "light" as in "the light of the sun", therefore, in this context, emitted or reflected light? — Spel-Punc-Gram (talk) 01:38, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
