Page needs work[edit]

Kurdistan has many interesting archeological sites, but unfortunately people will need proof they even exist. I have also reorded them by more universally accepted names (We can't use "Northern, Southern, or Eastern Kurdistan", we must use their proper names).

A number of sites I am not familiar with and are vague as to where exactly they are located. I put these under the "other sites" for now.--MercZ (talk) 18:06, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Comments from an anon[edit]

On October 11, 2016, anon user 85.181.123.86 left the following comment in the article: "Please note that this site is far from complete. Kurdistan has one of the highest archaeological site densities in the world. This list doesn't even include most of the famous historical sites." Though this comment is not supposed to be written in the article, it could be talked and discussed on this page. I am leaving it for those who keep this page alive.
