Discrepancies[edit]

The articles on the World Cups as well as FIFA's match reports state that Sweden was managed in the 1934 and 1938 World Cups by József Nagy, and in 1950 and 1958 by George Raynor.

Yet, neither Nagy nor Raynor is even mentioned in this article. Instead there's a completely different list of names, in which John Pettersson, Gustaf Carlson, Rudolf "Putte" Kock and Eric Persson are designated as having led the team in those World Cups.

There's also this RSSSF page, which says, "1908-61 the national team was chosen by a board of directors, in which the chairman obviously had the most influence. Between 1908-61 are the chairmen of the boards listed below." While the list there is somewhat different than the one here, it does list Pettersson, Carlson, Kock and Persson, and again no Nagy or Raynor.
