Information[edit]

This list seems to be reasonably complete, but I am having a surprising difficulty in getting basic information about some of the courses. I think this exercise is worth doing. Although whitewater slalom is a highly specialized sport with a relatively small audience, it is an Olympic sport. These courses are built and operated at great expense, and they attract athletes from around the world. HowardMorland (talk) 16:32, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have started six new articles about whitewater courses and beefed up several others. Tracking down pictures and permissions is a major part of the job. Often satellite photos are the most informative, along with Internet video clips and illustrated blogs by athletes. HowardMorland (talk) 23:09, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
