Untitled[edit]

The section about "Retail Banking" doesn't make sense and has two headings that basically say "nothing goes under these headings." Plus it doesn't include the banks listed as examples of the minimums and maximums of the scales. I know nothing about finance or banking, so. . . . Thanks! Total revamped[edit]

Dr R Azrin (talk) 10:29, 14 December 2008 (UTC) removed all the insurance and stock brokers as I do not feel it's appropriate here. Other lists are updated. I am asking for opinion if debit card issuers should be here.[reply]

I placed the SWIFT and local codes on my site for x-ref

I award this HIGH IMPORTANCE page.

Added Bank Simpanan Nasional as Postal Bank.. they are still Post office related.

denoted (i) for card issuers to show they only offer Islamic Services.

Short Deposit Malaysia Private Bank is not a legitimate bank. It's a SCAM! Removed from list.

New changes: Debit cards: ALL BANKS are now MEPS Compliant. Changed the fields to make it look nicer. NETS available to some banks only, specifically Bank Rakyat,MAYBANK,CIMB ATM. These machines accept non chip POSB and OCBC cards. Maybank SG Cards are only accepted at MAYBANK ATMS! Added to the ATM list is OCBC, UOB, KFH, Citibank. They charge users RM4-RM5 PER WITHDRAWAL. RM1 charge if we use their ATM. RBS and Nova Scotia are not included. RBS is under restructure again.]

MBF still does credit cards... but payment is done and flagged by MAYBANK. Dr R Azrin (talk) 18:16, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
