What references are needed?[edit]

The introduction is from the Donald Trump page, so if it's missing references, the request should be posted there not here. The rest of the page is two giant lists. Each entry in each list links to a reference either to the Federal Register or to the Obama White House site. If there is something that actually needs a reference, let's add it. But I don't see anything that could need a reference. If something exists, it should either get a citation-needed tag or be described here so that we can fix it. Agree regarding references[edit]
