The year articles which have no entries should probably be filled in or deleted. Generally, Wikipedia doesn't keep empty articles. --John Nagle 03:17, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think keeping all the info in dozens of separate articles makes it a lot harder to read. It would be better off modeled after the Ottoman timeline.
