Nomited to be checked for neutrality[edit]

I ve nominated this article to be checked for neutrality. it does not appear to meet wiki requirement of the author not putting their opinions across. few references are provided. if nothing is done to address these concerns within 7 days, i shall nominate this article for deletion. thanks for contributing. 22:20, 6 September 2009 (UTC)

Hey, I have put in some references in places where there was not NPOV. Though I do agree that the article could be structured better and in places it is abit repetitive. Thoughts before I make these changes? I think this article probably is still needed because it occupies the grey area between Islam in NZ and Maori (i.e. does not fit into either perfectly). I also think it is only representative of views rather than making independent statements.

Thoughts? Would be good to work through problems before having it deleted.

Cheers

Sam

I was attempting to fix it a bit, but I agree with the first poster -this article should be deleted. Its tiny ammount of content (which is really that there's maybe 50 Maori who think OBL is cool and who've converted) could easily be merged with Islam_in_New_Zealand. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 222.153.43.102 (talk) 08:44, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Alhumdulillah Brethren, this is Te Amorangi Izhaq Kireka-Whaanga and I've finally subscribed to Wikipedia therefore I can make relevant changes, thank you :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shaykh Kahungunu (talkcontribs) 07:25, 19 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Trim[edit]

I'm trimming and tidying this, with a view to keeping it on the core topic. The articles Islam in New Zealand, Religion in New Zealand, Māori religion etc should be referencded or linked, not replicated here. Snori (talk) 18:33, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
