page move / redirect change[edit]

As noted on the old talk page, the article previously at Mandarin Oriental Macau was a complete mess as prior editors apparently did not realize there was a hotel named "Mandarin Oriental, Macau" prior to 2010 that is different from the current hotel with the same name. I decided to split out the content about the current hotel to this page, while leaving the content concerning the old hotel at Mandarin Oriental Macau and moving it to Grand Lapa Macau to preserve the edit history. I'm not sure either topic satisfies notability, but the article in its prior state was not acceptable and needed to be changed immediately. I also modified the redirect on the old article page to point to this page under the assumption that someone typing that name into search would be looking for this page. I will check all the pages pointing to the redirect and make adjustments appropriately. --Sesameball^Talk 10:31, 10 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
