Hello @نارنجستان, sorry for not responding quickly. As per WP:NOENG, sources in languages other than English are allowed. Notability is what makes a topic appropriate or inappropriate for inclusion in Wikipedia. As this draft is an Articles for Creation submission, a reviewer will have a look and then decide if it should be published or not. As all the sources are in Persian, an AfC reviewer who has expertise in Persian language would be able to correctly review the article.
