Owing to the great expansion of this article, I would like to blank the standing page Ryutin Affair and create a redirect into this biography. The page is essentially a content fork at this point... There never really was a concrete "Affair" outside of the biography of this individual — the creation of a platform largely by him and its complete suppression by the secret police. The current article is well-documented with the best in current scholarship and there seems little point to water it down with cold war era speculation about document to which the historians had no access... Support blanking and creation of redirect from Ryutin Affair, as nominator. Carrite (talk) 01:01, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose Both are very notable topics + the Martemyan Ryutin wasn't the only conspirator, or the only leading conspirator of the Ryutin Affair. --TIAYN (talk) 18:06, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
