Who can join[edit]

I added a phrase stating that descendants of civil leaders from the Confederate government are also eligible for membership. It was taken from the MOSB website which can be viewed at http://www.mosbihq.org/Membership.htm.CsikosLo (talk) 21:44, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
