Name[edit]
When did the name Mountbellew replace the existing name? And were the Bellew family in question related to the Bellew family of Bellewstown in Meath? Were they transported to that area of Galway as a result of the Cromwellian conquest? 86.42.16.3 (talk) 23:55, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
