Yes, I believe it is a mixture of 4 stereoisomers, though it's hard to find a direct reference for this. This page has it marked levorotary in the IUPAC name, but no absolute stereochemistry is shown. INN's list 42 shows its name to be (+/-), but gives no relative stereochemistry. Nearly every other source either excludes stereo, or specifies some ambiguous kind of racemate ... except for this wikipedia page, which specifies a chiral name.
