Update needed[edit]

Okay, I always get in trouble from moderators when I do this myself, so I'm asking for help. Several things need to be updated: She goes by Nancy Moritz now (maiden name) (see:http://www.kscourts.org/kansas-courts/supreme-court/justice-bios/moritz.asp) so the page needs to be retitled or redirected. Also, she's on the Kansas Supreme Court now (references:http://cjonline.com/news/local/2011-01-03/topekan_to_join_supreme_court and http://www2.ljworld.com/news/2010/nov/01/parkinson-names-judge-nancy-moritz-caplinger-kansa/ and http://washburnlaw.edu/news/2010/2010-11caplinger.php). I've revamped the article, although I haven't squarely addressed the issue of her name.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:24, 29 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Two and a half years later, but it is now done. Safiel (talk) 15:17, 2 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Another UPDATE needed[edit]

On August 1, 2013, President Obama nominated Nancy L. Moritz to be a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Nomination annoucement HERE. And her nomination currently is pending in the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. LeahBethM (talk) 06:29, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
