Stellar Observations[edit]

The wiki article and the first site linked, http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2010IAUS..264..499H, both mention "night time stellar observations". Is this a solar telescope or general stellar telescope which will be used to look at the sun during the day? I guess I don't understand how one can observe our sun at night, as it seems to imply. 47.21.153.202 (talk) 14:41, 15 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
