phd advisors[edit]

Hello User:Uhooep and all wikipedians, i question/doubt whether the information about the phd advisors is correct. https://web.archive.org/web/20160306164307/http://ethos.bl.uk/OrderDetails.do?did=1&uin=uk.bl.ethos.389394 does not give any names, and the subsequent WBM capture, https://web.archive.org/web/20191112161311/https://ethos.bl.uk/OrderDetails.do?did=1&uin=uk.bl.ethos.389394, does not either. https://research.vu.nl/en/publications/social-vulnerability-to-climate-change-in-vietnam is linked from Google scholar, and here the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam give names: Supervisors/Advisors: Opschoor, J.B., Supervisor + O'Riordan, T., Co-supervisor, External person These super-/ad-visors can be found on scopus: https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=7004846240 (O'Riordan, Timothy, University of East Anglia) and https://www.scopus.com/results/authorNamesList.uri?sort=count-f&src=al&sid=9f0b4949d95230ce5ca87028a6b732c0&sot=al&sdt=al&sl=22&s=AUTHLASTNAME%28Opschoor%29&st1=Opschoor&orcidId=&selectionPageSearch=anl&reselectAuthor=false&activeFlag=true&showDocument=false&resultsPerPage=20&offset=1&jtp=false&currentPage=1&previousSelectionCount=0&tooManySelections=false&previousResultCount=0&authSubject=LFSC&authSubject=HLSC&authSubject=PHSC&authSubject=SOSC&exactAuthorSearch=false&showFullList=false&authorPreferredName=&origin=searchauthorfreelookup&affiliationId=&txGid=4589a1ae4027113e2e6647f4a25df139 (more than one of these profiles may fit to the same person JB Opschoor). However, Adger's GS profile (https://scholar.google.de/citations?user=Adshs2wAAAAJ) is linked to R Kerry Turner's (https://scholar.google.de/citations?user=6PN_AsYAAAAJ) (the continous cooperation seems to have lasted from 1992 to 2001, plus one book chapter in 2013), and his GS profile also prooves a long-lasting and fruitful cooperation with PM Kelly. The name Opschoor does not arise in Adger's GS profile, and Riordan (or O'Riordan) only 3 times in 1994, 1995 and 2000. One would expect more cooperation between advisors and candidates. Spooky, very spooky. And every step i try more to dive in, it becomes worse. I feel puzzled. --Himbeerbläuling (talk) 09:20, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
