Reformatting the history section[edit]

I think that the history section is better formatted as a bulleted timeline rather than being in prose, so I went ahead and made that change. I also moved a couple things around to make the list more logical, and I also made a separate section for the spin-off businesses (and made that into a bulleted list as well).
