EuroBasket?[edit]

Why is Norway the only national basketball team from Europe not to play in any division of the EuroBasket (except for Armenia)? Even Gibraltar and San Marino are in EuroBasket Division C, but not a trace of Norway. I can't find anything about it on the net...--Vitriden (talk) 13:27, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

FIBA Europe has Norway in section "Currently not participating", along Armenia, Denmark, Ireland and Monaco. Don't know what that 'currently' there means and it is not explained why the five countries are not active. 85.217.37.205 (talk) 04:41, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It seems that they will go back into activity in 2018 KobiNew (talk) 01:14, 25 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

They are taking part in the 2018 FIBA European Championship for Small Countries, which starts June 26. There's now under a week until it starts, and I couldn't find their rosters anywhere. no:Norges herrelandslag i basketball has a roster from 2010, but that's the latest I found. 91.154.188.185 (talk) 02:32, 21 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
