I didn't realize these towns set a standard for all of Wikipedia. Let's stick with Wikipolicies. In this case, the Azeri population/historical references are already mentioned in the History section. Therefore, it seems a tad bit redundant and WP:UNDUE to include it in the lead again. Archives908 (talk) 18:25, 14 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
