This needs some elucidation. Does this mean some real and regular link, or a plan, wish or only dream? Currently, such a train could only touch North Korea -- but what merchandise could be transported on this link, when Germany sticks to sanctioning the DPRK? South Korea would have ample use for such a link, but is railway wise an island, just as Japan, separated from the rest of the railway world not by the sea, as Japan, but by the DMZ between the two Koreas. --L.Willms (talk) 19:30, 20 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
