Aesthetics

I've lived one bus stop away from the Pearl Tower for almost two years, and I always thought it was incredibly UGLY. Compared to the Canada Tower, or Seattle Space Needle, it's an eyesore, but the Chinese seem to think it's wonderful.211.114.56.153 04:57, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

Materials Used

This site doesn't mention any of the materials used in the tower. Could someone fix this?

History

This Oriental Pearl Tower was the first high rise tower which was built, in 1991, in Shanghai. In and around the city, in 2001 there were circa 2500 towers, and nowadays around 5000. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Johannjs (talk • contribs) 17:34, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Observatory levels?

The article says that the tower has 15 observatory levels, but later on it only says there are three. Can anyone confirm? Tonyxc600 (talk) 04:32, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
