Maine State Park or not?[edit]

There may be some question about whether this is a state park of Maine. According to the article it was clearly a state park until 2010 when the town took all over supervision. it is unclear whether that means it is no longer a state park. It is mentioned in this page, but while that makes clear that the state park pass does not apply to this location, it doesn't clearly establish whether it is or is not a state park. I'm going to operate on the assumption that it is, until such time as someone provides evidence that clarifies that it is not.--S Philbrick(Talk) 20:47, 24 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The state owns it but leased it to the Town of Richmond for 25 years to operate it. 331dot (talk) 21:06, 24 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
