I have the impression two buildings are being confused here.
1. The office of the president, a building from the 70ies at the far end of Martyr's Boulevard, as pictured
2. The former palace of Zog, aka Pallati i Brigadave, used as ceremonial venue and as guest house for foreign heads of state.--193.172.132.178 (talk) 12:15, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
