Contested deletion[edit]
This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because this page is about the reform in Ukraine: ProZorro.Sale. Please, do not be confused by Prozorro - these reforms have similar (but not exact) architecture in the core, but ProZorro.Sale is about selling of State assets and Prozorro is about tenders and procurement. So, they are different and both have the right to have their own pages on Wikipedia.
