Please let me update the page. I am the managing editor of the journal and have been for 27 years. I added a linked address innocently and have now been banned and the journal entry is wrong 185.196.206.50 (talk) 22:29, 21 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

"The journal continues to be owned and managed by CIPFA, who licensed Routledge to handle sales and marketing, manufacturing, and distribution; it is now published by Blackwell Publishing. The editor in chief is Andrew Gray; the deputy editor is Professor Jane Broadbent, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Roehampton University."

to these sentences:

"The Journal moved from Blackwell Publishing to Routledge, part of the Taylor & Francis Group, in 2009. CIPFA licensed Routledge to handle sales and marketing, manufacturing, and distribution. In 2018, CIPFA sold the Journal to Routledge, but remain involved in its strategy and promotion.

The current Editorial team consists of Professor Andrew Massey as Editor, Professor Andreas Bergmann as Deputy Editor, and Michaela Lavender as Managing Editor."
