I gather though I can't pin down a good reference that various Pentecostal denominations are the main Protestant groups in El Salvador. Also this article needs some history. In particular it should mention Oscar Romero and the various roles the various denominations played during the civil war. For instance I believe the Catholic Church was split though a fair number were killed and that the Pentecostals generally avoided taking sides. We need someone who is willing to dig. In 2009, 59.9% of the Protestants identified as Pentacostal. Patricia B Christian, Michael Gent, Timothy H Wadkins (2015). And the source they used is http://www.uca.edu.sv/publica/iudop/Web/2009/boletinrel_2009.pdf Given that the second largest Protestant denomination is Bautista Amigos de Israel with over 4% of the country's population and the third is Elim with over 3%, we need some more information on them. The Mormons btw claim 114,000+ members but if the percentage is correct from this study, it is closer to 47,000. --Erp (talk) 02:42, 28 April 2015 (UTC)
