Cut RECOMB 2013 info[edit]

I've cut this from the article for now, since it relates to the RECOMB RegSysGen conference, which is related but not the same as the main conference (RECOMB 2013 was in Beijing):

RECOMB 2013 was held in Toronto during November 8-12, with 16 keynote talks (including speakers such as Brenda Andrews, Ziv Bar-Joseph, Emmanouil Dermitzakis, Levi Garraway, Brenton Graveley, Tim Hughes, Trey Ideker, Peter Jackson, Galit Lahav, Jason Lieb, Bernhard Palsson, Olivier Pourquié, Aviv Regev and Jussi Taipale), 55 short talks and almost 100 poster presentations.^[1]
