Proposed merge[edit]

A merge of Rhynchosporium secalis and Scald (barley) has been proposed since Feb '07. I disagree with this merge since I feel there is insufficient overlap: Rhynchosporium secalis covers the fungus, (morphology and host species) while Scald (barley) covers the disease (symptoms, management etc.). I am therefore removing the merge templates from these articles. If you feel that there is good reason to merge, please comment here and reinstate the merge templates --Lox (t,c) 18:50, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
